BOOKING CONDITIONS
Please Read The following Carefully.
l. The signatory of the booking form will be deemed to be responsible for the other members of
his/her party and therefore will accept these conditions on their behalf.
2. It is a condition of booking with Hideaway that the client and his/her party be covered by an
adequate insurance scheme. This must be confirmed, prior to the booking being confirmed.
3. Your contract with Hideaway is valid only when your booking form, deposit and holiday
insurance confirmation have been received, and your confirmation has been issued.
4. A deposit of £80 per person per booking is required before confirmation of your holiday is 
made.  An account showing the balance to be paid and when it is due will be sent  directly to you.
Payment of the balance is due four weeks before your departure date .
Failure to meet this deadline will be regarded as cancellation.
All deposits and other payments to M.HOLDEN Hideaway are held until such time as the client has
completed the holiday.
5. Hideaway reserves the right, which shall not be unreasonably exercised, to cancel an entire
holiday if it is considered necessary, but will endeavour to avoid doing so less than eight weeks
prior to departure.
Between 27 and 8 days - 50% of total cost.    Less than  8 days - 100% of total cost
7. Normal good health is essential to the enjoyment of a walking holiday. If you suffer from any
recurrent condition such as Epilepsy, we can only accept your booking if accompanied by a
certificate from your doctor agreeing to your undertaking the holiday. The client must also notify us
in writing at the time of booking of any special health problems or requirements.
